Our Returns Policy

We want everyone who shops at Garden Boutique to be happy with their purchases if you decide you dont like something, it doesn't fit, or its not how you thought it would be, or even its damaged - don't worry!

Garden Boutique offers freepost returns on all its parcels. Simply give us a call to let us know the problem and we will send you a freepost label to return the unwanted item for a full refund. If your parcel is damaged we will send you out another one by return of post. All that we ask is that you send us a snapshot of the damage.

Please return the item/s in their original condition and we will refund you (excluding postage charges). The responsibility is with you until we receive your parcel so please get proof of postage from your Post Office.
