Ordering Information
A friendly, personal and efficient service is important to us. If you struggle to use this site let us know so that we can improve it. If you can’t find what you are looking for on the website please give us a call and we will attempt to source whatever you need for your project.
PLACING AN ORDER ONLINE
Use the ‘Add to Basket’ button found on each product page (Or if there's a style option click on the option required) to add selected items to your shopping basket (you can alter quantities at checkout).
PAYMENT
By Card: Once you place an order online and enter your card details, we will always contact you with availability and expected delivery dates before taking any money.
If you have any specific order requirements etc please add this information when you see the ‘ANY OTHER DETAILS…’ section on the ‘Your Details’ page at checkout.
If you want advice or to talk to a human about our products please give us a call on 0121 2247390 or email thegirls@gardenboutique.co.uk with your name and phone number and we will call you back.
Because Garden Boutique is a small company and we don’t always hold large stocks, we may need to order your items in, especially if you need a quantity. Rest assured you’ll always be informed of expected delivery dates before you are charged and we will do our best to make it as speedy as possible! In busy periods things are a little slower and take around 7 working days. If we need to order items in for you it may take longer so please allow upto 28 days. We have a Priority 48 hour delivery option (£10 for mainland UK) which gets your order to the front of queue and delivered within 2 working days (subject to goods being in stock).
POSTAGE & PACKING
We charge a standard rate of just £5 per order to all U.K. and £20.00 to Highlands, Ireland and Northern Ireland.
EXPRESS SERVICE
We also offer an express next day delivery service for £10 to the UK on most of our items
WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
We sell worldwide too and charge at cost. So if you are overseas, or want a gift sending abroad, let us know what you are interested in and where you live and we'll find the best shipping quotes possible!
SIGNING FOR DELIVERIES
All of our deliveries are to be signed for. Please check it is not obviously damaged. We suggest that you sign for the goods unchecked. This will give us the ability to claim on your behalf for any damaged items.
You will become the owner of the goods you ordered and responsible for risk of loss of or damage to them once they have been delivered to you.
GIFT WRAP OPTION
It's worth mentioning that we sometimes re-use old boxes for your parcel - we hate waste and environmentally it makes sense too! However, If you let us know that your order is a gift then we'll gladly package it beautifully in the crispist tissue, the finest brown paper and thick green string!
RETURNS
If you dont like something, it doesnt fit, or its not how you thought it would be, or even its damaged - don't worry! We want everyone who shops at Garden Boutique to be happy with their purchases. Please do call and let us know as soon as possible and we will endeavor to fix the problem. Please return the item/s in their original condition and we will refund you (excluding postage charges). The responsibility is with you until we receive your parcel so please get proof of postage from your Post Office. You must return unwanted items within 14 days and we'd prefer is if you call us first in case we can rectify the problem.
