Need your order to be delivered in time for Christmas?
The order deadline for Standard delivery is 12pm on Thursday 16th December
The order deadline for Express Delivery is 12pm on Monday 19th December
We will not dispatch any order out during 23rd December - 3rd January.
Your order will be dispatch on 4th January if you order after 22nd December.
UK Mainland Deliveries
We charge a standard rate of just £5 per order. Your parcel should arrive in 3-5 working days. Orders over £50 will be delivered FREE!
Need it fast? Express Delivery
Should you be in a hurry for your item we are happy to arrange next day delivery to all UK Mainland addresses for a cost of £10. Just order by 12pm for guaranteed next day delivery.

Highlands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Eire and Europe
We charge £20 for deliveries overseas to the Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Eire and Europe as they incur an additional charge from our couriers. If you are only wanting to order something small and light (such as our ladybird attractant, or a paper potter) please drop us a line as we may be able to despatch your parcel using Royal Mail 1st Class Post and Royal Mail Special Delivery Services for a lesser charge.
USA and Worldwlde Orders
We sell worldwide too and charge at cost. So if you are overseas, or want a gift sending abroad, let us know what you are interested in and where you live and we'll find the best shipping quotes possible! Overseas shipping is based on volumetric weight, so you may find small items are the most cost effective to ship.
What happens if I'm out when you deliver?
All of our deliveries will need to be signed for. If you think you might be out, you can add alternative delivery instructions (such as a safe place to leave your parcel) when you place your order.
If you're out when we try to deliver, your parcel will be returned to the depot and the driver will leave you a card explaining where your parcel is and what to do next. You can also track the process of your parcel
on the DPD website using the tracking code you were sent by email when the the parcel was shipped.
Royal Mail will take your parcel to the local sorting office if it requires a signature and you're not in. Royal Mail will leave a card at your address explaining what to do next if your order requires a signature.
Returns
If you don't like something, if its damaged or its not how you thought it would be...don't worry! We want everyone who shops at Garden Boutique to be happy with their purchases.
Please do call and let us know there is a problem so that we can arrange a freepost return for you - and if if appropriate, send a replacement.
You can return the item/s in their original packaging and condition and we will refund you (excluding postage charges). The responsibility is with you until we receive your parcel so please get proof of postage from your Post Office.
